Shipping Info & FAQ's

COVID 19 UPDATE: We are currently operating as normal and shipping orders every business day. As we primarily use Australia Post you may experience longer than usual delivery times as they manage the impacts of Covid on their delivery network.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship same business day if placed before 1pm, during peak times orders may require extra processing time.

How quickly will my order arrive?

Our Express Post shipping (free for all gold jewellery) is often delivered within 1 business day to metro areas. Standard Shipping can take between 3 to 7 business days to arrive. Please allow extra time for processing your order. If you need it by a specific date please contact us so we can help ensure it arrives on time.

Do you offer free shipping?

We currently offer free shipping on all gold jewellery.

Who will deliver my order?

We use a combination of Australia Post and courier services to deliver orders Australia wide. We typically use Australia Post but use couriers for larger and heavy items like speakers & musical equipment.

Will I get a tracking number?

Yes! All orders ship with a tracking number. We send tracking numbers via email once your order has shipped.

How are orders packed?

Wherever possible we try to recycle old boxes and packaging to cut down on waste. If we don’t have something suitable we will use a new box. We use bubble wrap to protect delicate items to ensure they arrive to you safely.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we don't offer international shipping.

Can you deliver to PO BOX/Parcel Lockers?

Yes! We can ship to your PO BOX or Parcel Locker. 

What do I do if there is a problem with my shipment?

FAQ's

Do I get the valuation with my Jewellery?

Yes! If the jewellery has a valuation (stated on the listing) you will get the original valuation included with your jewellery.

Can I purchase online and pick up in store?

Absolutely. We have a collect in store option available at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

Online we accept all payments available through PayPal as well as Bank Transfer. In store we accept all cards as well as cash.

Are all of your items second hand?

The vast majority of our items are second hand however we do have some new in box items as well as new rings created by the Monty’s team.

Are all your items genuine?

Yes! Whether it be designer fashion pieces, watches or art we only deal in genuine items. If we have any doubts about the authenticity of an item we won’t buy or sell.

Are all of your watches serviced?

Not all of our watches are serviced as it is not always needed. We make a note in the listing which watches have been professionally serviced however if you would like one of our watches serviced contact us today for a quote.
